The Chenango Branch RR bed crosses Hoag Lane in the town of Manlius to the east of NY257 between the villages of Fayetteville and Manlius. The right of way is largely uninterupted through this area and the grade modification for the railroad at Hoag Lane still exists creating an awkward 'hump' in the road.
